This project uses natural filtration systems with plants and local materials to clean wastewater for reuse in irrigation and environmental restoration.

It is considered one of the more innovative ecological water-treatment experiments in Senegal. �

Biomass and Renewable Energy Research

UGB has built a dedicated biomass-energy laboratory focused on turning agricultural waste into usable energy.
