Don’t use fear to drive me to vote!

Don't use fear to drive me to the voting booth. Let me be confident and informed with the choices I make. Trump was not a Hitler when he was president for four years. We were not involved with the Ukraine war or Gaza. We did not have a border crisis or chaos.

Each generation faces the challenge of what to prepare the next generation for. 

Today's society is filled with fear, competition, and insecurity that resonates with many. 

Fear is often used as a tool of control, whether through political systems, media, voting,  or cultural influences like horror films.

It is difficult for parents or any generation to fully understand what the future will require, but encouraging qualities like fearlessness, adaptability, and practicality can serve as strong foundations. 

Empowering the next generation to think critically, trust themselves, and make informed decisions can help them navigate an uncertain future more confidently. 

Fear-based decision-making, especially in politics, can distort priorities, and recognizing this can help individuals break free from the cycle.

This is a deep systemic issue -- how society and media foster fear, potentially distracting people from focusing on meaningful, constructive growth. How do we might break this cycle and nurture a culture of fearlessness and cooperation instead?
