That link you provided actually seems to be a combination of two different things:

Afrika Baraza: This is a virtual platform for African Wikimedians (people who edit Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects) to connect, collaborate, and discuss important issues. You can find more information about Afrika Baraza on the Meta-Wikimedia page you linked: Afrika Baraza - Meta-Wikimedia.

Africa Agenda: There isn't a specific "Africa Agenda" mentioned on the Afrika Baraza page. However, from other sources, it seems like Afrika Baraza might be involved in discussions or creating an agenda for African Wikimedians.

Here's what I found about "Africa Agenda" in the context of Afrika Baraza:

Celebrating One Year of Afrika Baraza: This article mentions that Afrika Baraza "delivered the Africa Agenda"

([Celebrating One Year of Afrika Baraza: A Transformative Journey for African Wikimedians]([invalid URL removed] Transformative_Journey_for_African_Wikimedians)).

This suggests there might be an agenda specifically for African Wikimedians, but the details of that agenda aren't mentioned in the article.

Overall, while the link you provided doesn't directly lead to an "Africa Agenda" document, it does connect you to information about Afrika Baraza, which might be involved in creating or discussing such an agenda.

Do you have any other questions about Afrika Baraza or the Africa Agenda? I can try to find more information based on what you're interested in.

Do you know when it started?

Afrika Baraza was launched in May 2023. It's a relatively new platform designed to foster connections and collaboration among African Wikimedians.

Workshop Handout Overview: Wiki Edit & Research Framework Core Principle Wikipedia is a mirror of published secondary knowledge—not a venue for original research or unverified claims. WikiExplorers go to Senegal, a children’s story for ages 10–12, to learn about their shared history in music.  From Harlem to Dakar to St. Louis: The WikiExplorers Travel to Senegal   Ten WikiExplorers sat in a circle on the classroom floor in Harlem, laptops open, backpacks half-zipped, and ready to fly across the Atlantic Ocean to Dakar, Senegal.  “Dakar is right here,” said Amina, pointing at the map on her screen. “And St. Louis is way up north,” Malik added. “It used to be the capital of Senegal!” They were traveling to Senegal to attend a jazz festival in St. Louis, a city known for its music, rivers, and beautiful old buildings. Their assignment was special: learn about the shared history of African and African American music, find knowledge gaps on Wikipedia, and help fill them—with words, photos, and interviews. None of the children had ever been to Africa before. But Africa didn’t feel far away. Research Before the Journey Before the trip, the WikiExplorers met ...
